This is the most ridiculously complicated blender unit there could be, I fully charged the motor, which is this top unit with off set blades, when it's light shows blue it's supposedly charged, then you put your ingredients in this oversized tank of a cup, very hard to hold, has no handle, doesn't screw in tight, then you turn the whole thing upside down and double press the power button -& maybe you'll have one than blends? Mine quit after 1 day, with protein powder and milk all gooey and unblended? I'm on an all liquid diet right now, and this just made a big mess, and I had to go to the hospital from not being able to eat?

I ordered two of these. The first one was a bit fiddly, but worked. The second won't take a charge no matter how long we leave it plugged in. Returning is more trouble than it's worth. Buyer beware.
